Quesadilla with chicken or beef meat

This recipe has come to the rescue for our family countless times. It's a quick and delicious dish infused with curry flavor. While we typically prepare it with chicken, I decided to switch it up and use beef this time. However, the kids insisted that the chicken version tastes better!

Serves: 6

Ingredients:

  • 6 tortillas

  • 500g - 600g chicken fillet

  • 4tbsp olive oil

  • Curry and salt

  • 300g cheddar cheese

Instructions:

  1. Cut the chicken into small cubes and season with curry, salt, and olive oil. Cook until white.

  2. Preheat the oven to 220°C.

  3. Place 3 tortillas in a baking pan, add chicken and grated cheddar.

  4. Cover each with another tortilla, and bake for 10-15 minutes.

  5. Cut into triangles, and serve.

Enhance your quesadilla experience by serving it with tangy gherkins or a refreshing salad of your choice! This pairing not only adds crunch but also complements the flavors of the quesadilla, making for a balanced and delightful meal.
