Fluffy American Pancakes
These pancakes are light, fluffy, and easy to make with basic ingredients. Perfect for a quick, indulgent breakfast or brunch, they’re soft and delicious.

Ingredients
150g self-raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
3 tbsp sugar
150ml milk
1 egg, beaten
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
Make a well in the center. Add the beaten egg and half of the milk.
Gradually whisk together until smooth, adding the rest of the milk to achieve a thick, pourable batter.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease.
Pour batter onto the pan to form pancakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form.
Flip and cook 1-2 minutes more until golden brown. Keep warm while cooking the rest.
Serve with toppings like syrup, fresh fruit, or whipped cream.
