Salty cake with skyr
Super healthy salty cake with skyr.
Ingredients
100 grams of white flour
150 grams of low-fat white cheese
150 ml skyr (you can substitute the skyr with yogurt)
50 ml yogurt
2 tbsp olive or sunflower oil
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
Dissolve the baking soda in the yogurt.
In separate bowls, mix the liquid and dry ingredients.
Combine the two mixtures until smooth, then pour into a baking tray.
Sprinkle over the sesame seeds.
Bake at 170°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
