Salty cake with skyr

Super healthy salty cake with skyr.

Ingredients

  • 100 grams of white flour

  • 150 grams of low-fat white cheese

  • 150 ml skyr (you can substitute the skyr with yogurt)

  • 50 ml yogurt

  • 2 tbsp olive or sunflower oil

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the baking soda in the yogurt.

  2. In separate bowls, mix the liquid and dry ingredients.

  3. Combine the two mixtures until smooth, then pour into a baking tray.

  4. Sprinkle over the sesame seeds.

  5. Bake at 170°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
