Weekend Pancakes

Ingredients

  • Flour: 2 cups

  • Water: 1 cup

  • Milk: 2 cups

  • Eggs: 3

  • Salt: ½ teaspoon

  • Sugar: 1 tablespoon

  • Butter: 1 tablespoon (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Batter:
    Beat the eggs and sugar together until smooth. Gradually mix in the water and flour, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Add the milk and salt, then mix until fully combined.

  2. Heat the Pan:
    Use a flat skillet or a nonstick frying pan. Heat it and grease lightly with a pea-sized amount of butter.

  3. Cook the Pancakes:
    Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan, swirling to coat the surface evenly. Cook until edges lift and flip to brown the other side. Stack the cooked pancakes on a plate.

  4. Serve:
